Orders with a total amount of $39 or more receive free shipping. Other orders will be charged at the standard calculated rate. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Tigerville, South Carolina.

When will I receive my order?

We work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. Most customers will receive their orders within 4-5 business days after placing them. We try to ship orders the next business day after receiving payment for your order.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver within the contiguous United States. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.

What if I’m not at home when my order arrives?

We let the delivery company determine the best course of action. The driver will attempt delivery to the given address several times if they couldn’t reach you. After several attempts they will either leave it at your door or with a building manager. If you would like the driver to leave your package in a specific location, leave instructions in the "Notes" section on your order.

How do I track my order?

When your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the email or phone number you've provided. The tracking number can be used to track the progress of your shipment by entering it on the carriers tracking form. We use FedEx primarily. Or you can log in to your Critter Boutique account and follow your orders.

Risk of Loss

We help customers solve issues with lost or damaged items. We may be able to replace your item or file a claim with our carrier. If you have an issue with a lost or damaged item call us at 864-404-3266 Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM or email us at info@critterboutique.com. We may ask for pictures of any damage to send to our delivery carrier. All items purchased from Critter Boutique are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
